So Close

Ryan and I were in the doctor's office, anxiously awaiting our turn. It's been 4 weeks since my initial visit but this would be the first with the OBGYN doctor. After getting out of work early, both of us driving to Newport Beach, we waited for 30 minutes only to find out that my doctor was just called to Hoag to deliver a baby. Although it's understandable since that's the nature of the business, we were so incredibly disappointed (along with 4 others in the waiting room!). I'm sure that won't be the last time it happens. We'll make it back there next Wednesday morning for another try.
